GUIDELINES FOR LECTURERS

LECTURERS

1. Lecturers may borrow up to two books a time for a period of two weeks


2. You should sign in the staff borrowers’ register when borrowing and returning a book


3. Reminders about overdue books will be sent to you at a week interval for two reminders.

Athird reminder will be in form of a final letter and a copy will be sent to the Director.

4. After a final letter is sent, the book is presumed lost and the reader is liable to pay for its replacement.


5. No further loans of any kind will be made to a borrower who has books in possession.


6. which he/she has failed to return in response to a recall notice.


7. All books should be returned at the end of every quarter/semester even if they are not due.
